While we believe that Thomas Built Bus is one of the best products, if issues do arise we have a team dedicated to taking care of our product. Standard warranty information and downloads can be found here. If you have gotten a recall notice, contact our service department.
When you purchase a bus from Kerlin Bus Sales, you’re entitled to warranty protection as well as peace-of-mind that any questions will be answered promptly and satisfactorily. Every new vehicle comes with a limited warranty that covers defects in material and/or workmanship, which will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. For added peace-of-mind, we offer additional extended warranty options tailored to meet your needs. Contact your Account Manager to find a plan that fits your needs.
