2. Funding for Electric Vehicle (EV) Buses from the EPA
Fueled by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the EPA’s Clean School Bus (CSB) Program allocates $5 billion over five years to replace traditional school buses with eco-friendly models. With almost $2 billion already awarded, the program supports around 5,000 bus replacements across 600 schools.
The 2023 CSB Rebates program, offering at least $500 million, is open for applications until February 14, 2024. This initiative, part of ongoing efforts, signifies a commitment to sustainable school transportation. If you would like to be notified of future program dates, sign up for Kerlin’s email list.
3. Supply and Demand Dynamics: Navigating Challenges and Celebrating Milestones
